Location: Bellevue, WA Salary Range: $40-50/hr (USD) Job ID: 163885
Responsibilities: Own a portfolio of merchants enrolled in FBT and
act as their primary operational point of contact for the FBT
program Partner with merchants on inventory planning and product
optimization to maximize FBT usage Analyze merchant performance,
identify growth opportunities, and execute improvement plans via
monthly & quarterly business reviews Collaborate with Operations,
Logistics Quality, Product, and Tech to resolve issues and remove
blockers Surface insights and feedback to influence roadmap and
seller experience Must-Have Qualifications: 2 years in account
management, e-commerce marketplace or supply chain & logistics
Strong Excel skills; comfortable with BI dashboards Excellent
communication and stakeholder management BA/BS or equivalent
industry experience Authorized to work in the U.S. Nice-to-Haves:
Marketplace experience (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, eBay) and/or
cross-border logistics (INCOTERMS, customs). API/EDI integrations
with WMS/OMS. Experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth
