Job Title: HR Manager Location: Tacoma, WA (Full-time, Onsite) Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 Why This HR Manager Opportunity? Key Responsibilities of the HR Manager: Onboarding & New Hire Support: Manage high-volume union onboarding (3-5 per day during peak), ensure compliance, complete all verification and documentation. Ongoing HR Administration: Oversee benefits administration, 401(k) distributions, unemployment claims, and union leave-of-absence processing. Payroll Backup & Support: Provide backup to Payroll Manager, ensuring smooth operations during high-volume periods. Qualifications of the HR Manager: 5 years of HR experience with strong union background; construction experience not required.
