Job Title: HR Generalist (Full-Time, On-Site - Manufacturing)
Location: Seattle, WA Salary: $70,000-$80,000 annually Work

of HR Generalist: Serve as a point of contact for employee
relations and HR inquiries Support full-cycle recruitment and
onboarding processes Administer employee benefits and assist with
open enrollment Maintain HRIS data and employee records in
compliance with regulations Ensure compliance with federal, state,
and local employment laws and company policies Qualifications of HR
Generalist: 2-5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a
manufacturing or industrial setting Solid knowledge of HR best
practices and employment law Proficiency with HRIS systems and
Microsoft Office Suite Background with ADP a plus Bachelor's degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
