    • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's mission and goals.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with the overall company strategic plan
    • Ensure HR practices are effective and contribute to organizational success.
    • Create and implement annual Strategic People Assessment & Succession Planning for senior organizational management
    • Determine HR Department roles and responsibilities that align with the organization's current and future needsPeople/Department Management
      • Develop an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes continuous improvement, teamwork, high performance, and quality.
      • Identify, evaluate, and resolve human relations, employee morale, work performance, and organizational productivity.
      • Lead talent acquisition and staffing strategies for seamless recruitment, hiring and onboarding.
      • Manage the creation of team member training and organizational development programs with the Training and development team
      • Manage the performance review process throughout the organization and implement continuous improvement practices for effectiveness and efficiency
      • Mitigate legal risks related to HR matters.
      • Oversee and implement administration of benefit programs that are competitive within the market to attract and retain team members.
      • Annual 401(k) audit and quarterly Open Enrollment for 401(k)
      • Develop and implement compensation strategies and ensure competitiveness of compensation practices in all organizational roles
      • Recruit and retain top quality team members for each department.
      • Recommend professional training for current team members.
      • Provide assistance with career planning and development
      • Develop an annual department budget that aligns with the HR strategic Plan
      • Manage, lead and develop the HR team
      • Manage, lead and develop the Training and Development team
      • Partner with Payroll group for efficiency of payroll practices
      • Ensure wage and hour compliance and labor compliance in all states and jurisdictions in which the company operates. Currently operating in WA. OR. CA. ID. NV.
      • Continuous improvement in performance management practices in partnership with operations team members
      • Update all employee handbook and policy and procedure manuals and practices
      • Administer Employee survey annually and work with executive leadership on continuous improvementKnowledge & Experience
        • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent work experience is required.
        • Active PHR, PHRca, SHRM-CP, SPHR or SHRM-SCP Certification required
        • Fifteen (15) years of experience in human resources, business management, employee development or benefits administration is required.
        • Seven (7) years of experience in a management role is required.
