Job Description:

We are looking for a BILINGUAL Office Administrator/HR Human Resources Assistant for a local, Everett, WA located manufacturing firm.

This role will support the general day to day operations at our local north of Seattle facility and will support the day to day office administration functions, as well as the HR/Human Resources team.

For This Role, The Key Needs Are

  • > Bilingual Language skillset - Fluency and ability to speak/create documentation in English and Spanish.
  • > Advanced/Expert level MS Excel skills - PLEASE CONSIDER THIS A MUST HAVE
  • > Strong communication, interpersonal and documentation abilities.
  • > Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general construction periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or
    governmental regulations.
    • Ability to read and write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
    • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the
      general public both in Spanish and English.
      • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
      • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
        Those with a Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) will be given priority consideration, but it is not an absolute must.

        We are targeting candidates with bilingual language skills, and fluency in English/Spanish (Preferred, and a near MUST have).
        We need a candidate that can speak, write, work effectively in both English and Spanish on a daily basis.
