to time as necessary. POSITION OVERVIEW: This position is
responsible for all table games and guest play. This position will
administer department policies affecting the Casino floor area. Be
competent in working in all positions in order to train and assist
with problem solving. Ensure transactions are done correctly and
complete all shift paperwork. Will ensure compliance with gaming
regulations and handle any disputes on the gaming floor to
determine solutions within guidelines for guest satisfaction. This
position ensures the confidentiality, security and accuracy of
guest’s and team member’s records, and promotes positive guest and
team member relations. Strong written and verbal communication
skills are required and outstanding guest service to fellow team
members, guests, vendors, etc. is expected. Regular attendance is
required, and on occasion, later hours or weekend time may be
required with project deadlines and a neat well-groomed
professional appearance is essential at all times. SUPERVISORY
RESPONSIBILITY: This position directly supervises the Table Games
department. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The essential function of the
Table Games Supervisor includes but not limited to: Assures that
the organization, its mission, products, and services are presented
in a strong, positive image and are consistent with casino business
strategies. Monitors staff performance and ensures operations of
the gaming areas are in accordance with all internal controls,
State, Tribal and Federal rules, and regulations. Ensures
confidentiality and protection of property assets, guests, and the
integrity of the property. Monitors games and guest activity
through the course of the shift and advises Shift Manager.
Communicates all necessary Title 31 documentation during a shift to
the Shift Manager. Opens, closes, and maintains proper table levels
(fills and credits), through the course of the shift. Issues
playing cards and dice, reviews them for irregularities, and
maintains inventory within assigned area. Successfully attends to
guest disputes arising within assigned area. Performs all computer
functions necessary for the smooth operation of the department
including player tracking and table inventories. Provides the
highest possible level of guest service (Soaring Service standards)
resulting in a maximum level of morale, productivity, and
performance consistent with Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel core values.
Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: A High
School Diploma or GED is required for this position. SKILL,
KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of two (2) years
of Table Games experience, plus one (1) year of Dual Rate Floor
Supervisor or Shift/Assistant Shift Manager experience required.
Must have a working knowledge of all games on gaming floor with
working knowledge of blackjack basic strategy and obtain a working
knowledge of advanced strategy as recognized by the casino. Must
have good working knowledge of all Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel
computer software, including MS Suite. Must be a minimum of 21
years old and have the ability to obtain and retain a Washington
State Class III Gaming License; successfully pass a pre-employment
drug screen. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described
here are representative of those that must be met by a team member
to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is
frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger; handle;
feel; or grip objects, stretch and/or reach with hands and arms;
stoop; crouch or work in cramped or awkward positions; repetitive
motions. This person may regularly lift and/or move up to 30
pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include
close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to
adjust to focus. ENVIRONMENT: The environment characteristics
described here are representative of those a team member may
encounter while performing the essential functions of the position.
Primarily indoors and may be exposed to heavy smoke and
fluctuations in temperature while in and around the Casino and/or
Hotel. May also, from time-to-time, be exposed to noise from slot
machines, customers, music and public announcement system, as is
common in a Casino and/or Hotel environment.
