Job Description Job Title Manager / Director - Rehab Location Seattle, WA Schedule / Job Type Full-time, Days, 40 hours/week Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage rehabilitation services within the facility Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care Provide leadership and guidance to rehab staff Develop and implement operational strategies to improve department performance Maintain documentation and reporting for regulatory and administrative purposes Required Qualifications Previous Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) experience Strong leadership and management skills in a healthcare setting Knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to rehab services Excellent communication and team coordination abilities Relevant licensure or certifications in rehabilitation-related disciplines Preferred Experience / Skills Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment Experience in newly remodeled or modernized healthcare facilities Ability to manage multiple disciplines within rehab services Why Join Us Opportunity to lead and shape rehab services in a state-of-the-art facility Join a dedicated team committed to quality patient care and staff development
