Job Description:
Job Description Yelm Family Medicine (YFM) is a physician-owned,
independent primary care practice founded in 1979 in Yelm,
Washington. It has grown with the community and now serves over
28,000 active patients. The clinic is deeply embedded in the local
healthcare ecosystem and values long-term patient relationships and
community-based care. Team & Services: Team Composition: 10
providers supported by certified medical assistants, LPNs, referral
coordinators, billing staff, and a clinic manager. Services
Offered: General family medicine, acute care, sports medicine,
minor trauma, procedures, and optional obstetrics/prenatal care.
Technology & Facilities: Epic EHR, Providence Imaging (X-ray, CT,
Ultrasound), LabCorp onsite, and a modern facility shared with
specialty clinics. Workload & Schedule: Physicians see an average
of 18-22 patients/day Flexible full or part-time schedules Shared
on-call duties (6 weekends/year) Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation is between $220,000 and $300,000 per year Compensation
is based on production. Bonuses: Sign-on bonus, insurance-based
bonuses, and future partnership opportunities. Benefits: 401(k)
eligibility after 1 year, minimum 4 weeks vacation, malpractice
insurance with tail coverage, and comprehensive medical/vision
