Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel About the Opportunity We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support patients in regaining independence and functional skills in a SNF setting. This role emphasizes ADLs, safety, and functional carryover. New grads encouraged to apply. What You’ll Do - Deliver OT treatments under the supervision of an OT - Assist patients with ADLs, upper-extremity function, and adaptive strategies - Monitor patient progress and communicate with supervising OT - Document treatments accurately Qualifications - Associate’s Degree from an accredited OTA program - Active (or pending) state COTA license - SNF experience preferred, not required Compensation & Benefits - Competitive weekly pay - Guaranteed hours - First-day benefits - Housing & meals stipends - License reimbursement - $1,200 CEU allowance - 401(k) and disability coverage Critical Connection, inc Job ID 17842411.
