Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at Everett
Transitional Care Services and Bethany at Pacific , two programs
located in the same building in Everett, WA. Everett Transitional
Care Services is the Transitional Care Unit (TCU) , while Bethany
at Pacific serves as the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) - giving
you the opportunity to work across a full continuum of post-acute
care without bouncing between multiple locations. Whether you're a

Onboarding We don't believe in the "sink or swim" approach. New
therapists receive: Strong integration and onboarding 1:1 training
for documentation and evaluations Customized clinical training
based on your experience Ongoing mentorship and competency support
when needed What You'll Do As the OT, you'll treat a geriatric
population across SNF and Transitional Care, including: Functional
ADL retraining and adaptive strategies Transfer training (all
levels) Fall prevention and safety training Treatment of clinically
complex patients Discharge planning and care coordination
Supervision of a COTA (as needed) Collaboration with nursing, PT,

team that works with you Requirements Current Washington OT license
in good standing Degree from an accredited OT program Organized,
