Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Auburn, WA Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $2,329 to $2,523 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Thrive Staffing to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Auburn, Washington, 98001! Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery City/State: Auburn, Washington Shift: 12H Nights, 19:00:00-07:00:00 Contract Length: 3 weeks Start Date: 03/23/2026 Job Description: The Registered Nurse in the Labor & Delivery unit is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in labor, overseeing deliveries, and ensuring post-partum care for both mother and baby. The role requires performing cervical exams, managing antepartum and labor processes, conducting amnio infusions, and monitoring fetal well-being. Responsibilities: Perform cervical exams, antepartum and labors, and amnio infusions. Manage epidurals, fetal monitoring, IVs, and administer Pitocin. Provide post-partum care from transition to discharge for mother and baby. Circulate C-sections and assist in baby catching/receiving. Demonstrate knowledge of APGAR and breastfeeding practices. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years total Labor & Delivery experience, with at least 1 year in LDRP. Certifications in BLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring. Experience with EPIC EMR system.
