Skagit Regional Health has multiple openings for additional Family Medicine physicians to join our clinic locations in the Mount Vernon, Granite Falls, or Arlington communities. Highlights: - Thrive in team-oriented environments with providers, MAs, nurses, and other support staff. - Monday-Friday outpatient only schedule, with some potential extended hours. Opportunity to work a 4-day work week. - Our providers see a good mix of chronic and acute patients across the lifespan. Basic in office procedures performed in clinic, based on provider comfort level and preference. - Light phone call rotations of clinic phone call only. Our acute care hospitals are staffed with Hospitalists to handle any inpatient coverage. - This is a full-time position with a 36-hour patient contact hour work expectation. - This is a hospital employed position with access to a large, existing in house specialty care referral base. - Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization with newly implemented ambient AI technology (Abridge) available. Qualifications: - Graduate from an ACGME accredited residency program. - Board Eligible/Board Certification required. - 2-3 years of experience preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply. - Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before start. - Must have active BLS certification before starting or within first week of employment. - The ideal candidate will place a priority on improving lives through compassionate and innovative healthcare and focus on building lasting relationships with their patients as well as strong ties within the community Compensation and Benefits: - First year salary guarantee: $313,924 - Employment bonus, relocation reimbursement & CME allowance. - Malpractice insurance, including tail insurance, is fully covered! - Our comprehensive benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance. - Paid maternity and parental bonding leave offered! - Skagit Regional Health offers 401a and 457b retirement plans that invest in your future financial security. - Skagit Regional Health is a PSLF approved institution. - Washington State has no income tax, enhancing your financial benefits. The hospital features a full range of services including the latest surgery techniques, including multiple surgical robots; renal dialysis; a well-appointed Family Birth Center; compressive diagnostic imaging and an advanced heart and vascular institute with the only cardiac catheterization labs in the area. - Cascade Valley Hospital is licensed for 48 beds with a Level IV Trauma Center and a Level II Nursery. The hospital features a full range of services including acute care, critical care, and general surgery. The facility also offers a number of support services such as an in-house laboratory, rehabilitation program, and comprehensive diagnostic imaging.
