Job Description:
Manager Nursing at Providence Health and Services summary: The
Manager Nursing oversees the Newborn Intensive Care Unit and
Pediatrics Department, ensuring operational excellence and resource
management in a 24-hour medical service setting. This leadership
role involves collaboration with clinical directors to develop
integrated care programs and manage fiscal planning. The position
requires a registered nursing license, NICU experience, and strong
leadership skills to support seamless patient care and operational
standards. Description Manage the Newborn Intensive Care Unit and
Pediatrics Department to support the operation of 24-hour PRMCE
services. Responsible for resource management, customer relations
and operational standards. Partners with Clinical and Medical
Directors of the NICU, Pediatrics and Women and Children's Services
to develop program and fiscal planning for the services.
Collaborates to develop integrated delivery system for NICU and
Pediatrics and seamless patient care plan. Providence caregivers

Degree Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. National
Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. RNC-NIC upon
hire. 5 years of relevant clinical experience. Sufficient and
progressively responsible leadership experience in NICU Preferred

for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage
range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
