This contract position is based in Hoquiam, WA, and focuses on delivering specialized occupational therapy services to children with diverse developmental and educational needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct occupational therapy services to elementary school students, tailoring interventions to support their educational goals. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Conduct assessments to determine students needs and monitor progress regularly. Utilize evidence-based strategies to promote fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care abilities within the educational environment. Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school policies and state regulations. Qualifications and Experience: Current and valid Occupational Therapy license. Proven school-based experience, preferably working with an elementary caseload. Strong understanding of developmental milestones and educational interventions suitable for young learners. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Location: The position is located in Hoquiam, Washington.
