Required Skills: Valid medical license with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine and Cardiology Proven clinical proficiency in inpatient cardiology care Strong diagnostic and procedural skills pertinent to cardiology Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Flexibility to work night and day shifts as required Nice to Have Skills: Experience in advanced cardiac procedures and interventions Knowledge of hospital electronic health records (EHR) systems Previous experience in a locum tenens or temporary staffing environment Bilingual abilities are a plus but not mandatory Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution At least 3 years of clinical experience in cardiology Current board certification in Cardiology and Internal Medicine Active state medical license Other Requirements: Must be able to work both inpatient shifts (7am-5pm) and night call (5pm-7am) Providers must be available for coverage during specified weeks, including Feb 12-18, Mar 30-Apr 5, May 4-10, May 25-31, Jun 15-21, and Jun 29-Jul 5 Availability to work multiple weeks for continuity of care is highly preferred Must have and maintain necessary certifications, licensure, and travel reimbursements if applicable OT pay applies after 10 hours per day, not weekly This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced cardiologists to join a supportive team and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes.
