Job Description Summary: Skagit Regional Health has an immediate
opening for a Pediatrician to join our established practice in
Arlington, Washington. At Skagit Regional Health, we are dedicated

other clinic staff. - Great work/life balance with a weekday,
outpatient only schedule with a 1:14 shared phone call rotation,
with RN triage. Our acute care hospitals are staffed with
Hospitalists to handle any inpatient coverage. - See a mix of well
child and acute care visits in clinic. Opportunity to perform
circumcisions, if desired. - This is a full time position with a
36-hour patient contact time work expectation. - This is a
hospital-employed position with access to a large, existing in
house specialty care referral base. - Integrated EPIC EMR platform
utilized system-wide throughout the organization with newly
implemented ambient AI technology (Ambient) available!
Qualifications: - Graduate from an ACGME accredited residency
program. - Must be Board Eligible/Board Certified. - 2-3 years of
experience is preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to
apply! - Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a
Washington State license by start. - The ideal candidate will place

and Benefits: - Guaranteed first year salary: $265,175 - Employment
