Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: LPN / LVN Start Date: 08/04/2025 Duration: 52 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days, nights, flexible Employment Type: Local Contract Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Health | WA/Compact License Required Permanent Position: Why You’ll Love This Role: Hourly Pay: $37 – $45/hr Based on experience, tenure, and weekly hours worked $37/hr: Entry-level LPNs (30 hrs/week) $45/hr: Experienced LPNs (36 hrs/week) $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Referral Bonus for referring qualified candidates ? Key Responsibilities: Deliver nursing care according to the active plan of care Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed Document all care activities, assessments, and responses accurately Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and care routines Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to ensure high-quality care ?
