Job Description:
Description $10,000 hiring bonus for eligible external
candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for
payment. The Lead LPN position assists the Director of Nursing, the
Clinical Operations Manager and Site Operations Managers to provide
clinical leadership of the WA PACE clinical nursing team (LPN and
nursing assistants). As a member of the nursing leadership team,
he/she provides training and educational support to the PACE clinic
nursing team (includes nursing assistants), promotes best clinical
practices and provides assessment of nursing staff skills, giving
performance feedback related to clinical skills and clinical
reasoning. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for
the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as
possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and

live active, independent lives. Required Qualifications: - National
Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. -
Washington Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire. - 2 years - Direct
care LPN experience, preferably with geriatric population.
Preferred Qualifications: - Associate's Degree - Nursing or
