POSITIVE CHANGEThe Site Director (SD) provides overall leadership
and vision to the onsite Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) team,
emphasizing a commitment to supporting the safety and well-being of
residents and staff. The SD directly supervises the Resident
Services Manager (RSM) and Community Specialist (CS), intentionally
building a strong, cohesive building team. The SD is responsible
for ensuring day-to-day operations, responding to challenges,
fostering community, promoting housing stability, ensuring
compliance with lease and funder requirements, and exercising sound
financial management. This position requires availability to work
swing, overnight, or weekends as needed and shares weekend shift
rotation for after-hours emergency response duties.Plymouth Housing
is a nonprofit organization that develops and operates permanent
supportive housing for single adults who have experienced chronic
homelessness. With apartment buildings throughout King County,
Plymouth is helping the most vulnerable members of our community
leave homelessness behind forever. At Plymouth, we’re not simply
trying to get people off the streets. We provide supportive
services like case management and health care so that our residents

building internal behavioral health services and transforming our
systems to address rapid growth and the changing needs of
residents.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO BE DOING IN THIS ROLE AT PLYMOUTH
HOUSINGLeadership and Teamwork: Foster a collaborative work
culture, ensure effective practices, engage with stakeholders, and
organize staff training.Tenant Relations: Maintain a safe,
supportive environment, build professional relationships, support
tenant housing stability, and lead crisis intervention.Building
Management: Ensure safety and security, manage daily operations,
enforce compliance, and provide after-hours support.Supervisory:
Supervise and support staff, establish performance expectations,
and ensure continuity of services.Collaboration and Partnership:
Seek resources, maintain external relationships, integrate
partners, and coordinate with the behavioral health
team.Administrative: Monitor log entries, support funder
requirements, manage the building budget, and approve expense
reports.SOME KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ATTRIBUTES WE NEED FROM
YOUAbility to communicate and work effectively with a diverse group
of voices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Good
organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
and meet deadlines.Strong customer service skills.Ability to
develop and sustain successful relationships with community
agencies.Familiarity with local community service providers and
various income, medical, and other services available to homeless
and formerly homeless individuals.Experience in building strong
teams and promoting positive work cultures.Proven conflict
mediation skills.Familiarity with quality assurance practices and
reporting to public and private funders.Proven group training and
facilitation experience.Proficient with Microsoft Office
applications and the ability to work efficiently with customized
databases and technology.QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of five (5) years of
work experience in advocacy, housing, or homeless services, or
similar work in a client service setting.Minimum of three (3) years
of supervisory experience.Experience in supervising a unionized
workforce is desired.Experience working in Permanent Supportive
Housing is desired.Knowledge of Tenant Landlord Laws and other
regulatory compliance is desired.Familiarities working with Social
Services Programs and Resources is desired.Bachelor’s degree in
Human Services, public administration, or a related field, or an
equivalent combination of education and relevant work
experience.Valid Washington State Driver License and fully
