Job Title: Licensed Masters of Social Worker (Travel) City: Everett State: WA Job Type: Travel Contract Discipline: Allied Health Professional Speciality: Social Worker Facility Setting: Short Term Acute Care (STAC) Accepting Locals per Radius Rule? Yes Contract Length: 13 weeks Shifts: Days Shift Details: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:30) Weekly Schedule: 40 Hours Certifications/Licence: Certs Required: BLS, MSW Mandatory Experience: Case Management LMSW Years of experience Required: 1 year minimum Weekends Required Call not required Will this traveler need to float between like , based on need BLS • MSW required • Biopsychosocial Assessment experience • Care Coordination • Discharge Planning • Knowledge of Community Programs (income/insurance) • Knowledge of Protective Services • Knowledge of Specialized areas: adoption/foster care, drug/alcohol abuse treatment options etc? • Advance Directives • Computerized documentation 1 year MSW in a Short Term Acute Hospital, Rehab or LTAC setting These positions work every other weekend 10 hour days. The traveler is put on either a Monday, Tuesday rotation, every other Wednesday and every other weekend. Or the Thursday, Friday schedule which is the same as above.
