Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities: - Outpatient Primary Care: 18 – 22 patients per day, on average with 15, 20, and 30-min visits - Ability to focus on a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine population. - Collegial group of Primary Care physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians - Work life balance with flexible shifts- Full time is a 4-day work week. Part time opportunities may be available. - Advanced Practice Clinician (PA/NP) and Scribe support - Incredible location with numerous medical specialties as well as Behavioral Health and Physical Therapy, Lab, Imaging, and Pharmacy - Call is light and shared | Triage RN call The Everett Clinic joined Optum in 2019, working together across the Puget Sound, the partnership means we’re able to expand our services and locations to offer even more services. Required Qualifications: - Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds, or ability to obtain prior to start date - Unrestricted WA Physician license or ability to obtain prior to start date - Current DEA or ability to obtain prior to start date - EMR Proficient – EPIC preferred - 2025 and 2026 Residents encouraged to apply The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
