Required Qualifications: - Unrestricted WA License and DEA certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) - 2 years of clinical/outpatient experience - Experience building positive working relationships - Demonstrated excellent communication skills, high patient satisfaction and demonstrated experience promoting teamwork Preferred Qualifications: - 1 years of experience in obesity / weight loss medicine, endocrinology, diabetes, or similar - Certification in obesity or lifestyle medicine - Teaching or group education experience The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
