      • Location: Tacoma General Hospital (Tacoma, WA)
      • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday (daytime hours)
      • Clinic/OR Time: Variable, mix of surgical assist and outpatient care
      • Office Setup: Shared office space with 2 dedicated exam rooms
      • Support Team: Includes RN, Medical Assistant, and Scheduling Coordinator
      • Medical Director Oversight: HPB Program Leadership
      • Compensation Range: $136,985-$157,453 base + annual quality incentiveQualifications
        • Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Washington State (or eligible for licensure)
        • First Assist experience or certification strongly preferred

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $136,984.00 - $185,795.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
