Job Description:

Zeel is seeking massage therapists to provide in-home medical massage therapy to active duty military personnel stationed at the McChord Airforce Base who are diagnosed with sub-acute lower back pain.

* The patients being treated will be part of a research study focused on the efficacy of medical massage therapy on lower back pain.
* This position is a contractor position expected to last 3-4 months, starting end of May/early June
* Therapists will be paid $85 per treatment, with 3-4 treatments per day

*Requirements*
* Massage therapy license or certificate in the state(s) you wish to practice
* Current professional liability insurance with a minimum of $1M per occurrence and $3M aggregate coverage
* National Provider Identifier (NPI) number required for medical appointments
* Completion of SOAP notes for medical appointments, as well as additional documentation as needed, such as treatment extension requests
* Smartphone required; must be lockable via password or biometric identification such as a thumbprint
* Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
* Ability to speak, understand, and write English fluently
