Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, flexible schedule,
non-exempt (hourly)*Compensation:** The full wage scale for a
Medical Assistant (MA-C) is $22.47 - $31.86 per hour.* The full
wage scale for a Licensed Practical nurse (LPN) is $24.94 - $35.36
per hour.Placement within the wage range is determined by the
candidates relevant experience.*Bonus:* Candidates are eligible to
receive a sign-on bonus of $3,000 when accepting a full-time
position (0.75 - 1.0 FTE) or $1,500 when accepting a part-time
position (0.5 - 0.74 FTE) (Subject to payback clause).*Benefits:

Completion of accredited Medical Assistant or LPN program.*Required
Licensure and Certification:** Active or interim Certified Medical
Assistant (MA-C) or LPN licensure through the Washington State
Department of Health.* Acquire and maintain BLS certification as
per FCN BLS policy.*Physical Requirements:* While performing the
duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit,
use hand to finger coordination, handle or feel objects, tools or
controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop,
kneel, crouch, and listen attentively. The employee must
occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.*Immunization
Requirements: *Employees are required to meet immunization
standards in accordance with federal, state, and organizational
health and safety guidelines, as applicable to the role. A simple
process is in place for employees to request exemptions for medical
