• Full spectrum ENT with large catchment area
• Schedule is somewhat negotiable.
  • 36 contact hours, 1.5 days OR 2.5 days Office
  • Joining 13 total ENTs, several APCs, 5 Audiologists, and 2 seasoned Surgery Schedulers
  • MA and RN support on-site
    • 20-24 patients per day average
    • Shared hospital call
    • Epic EMR
    • DAX
    • Subspecialties in department include Head and Neck, Facial Plastics, and Laryngology
    • Subspecialty focus welcome but not required
    • New and fully equipped clinical space with established referral base; ASC and 2 procedure rooms on-site
    • Collegial local community ENT groups and excellent state academy with yearly academic meetings (NWAO) -Primary Responsibilities:
      • Treating and managing patients according to standard, usual, and customary methods and techniques.
      • Provides understanding of diagnosis, treatment, therapy and management of patients according to current standards of care utilizing best practice recommendations.
      • Counsels and educates patients and families.
      • Maintains accurate, complete, concise, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
      • Communicates effectively and respectfully with physicians, other health professionals, and staff.
      • Coordinates care with multidisciplinary team members.
      • Follows ethical principles regarding patient confidentiality, informed consent, and unanticipated adverse outcomes.
      • Demonstrates the highest level of accountability for professional practice.
      • Maintains effectiveness throughout changing circumstances. Is flexible, resilient, and change oriented.

          • A degree in medicine from an accredited school
          • Completion Otolaryngologist Residency
          • Completion of a Neurotology fellowship or relevant training
          • Board eligible or certified
          • Unrestricted license to practice in Washington State
          • Maintain BLS certificationWashington Residents Only: -The salary range for Washington residents is $399,516 - to $601,667. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
