  • Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
  • Perform assessments, develop care plans, and administer medications and treatments.
  • Monitor patient progress, document care, and collaborate with families and care teams.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and care techniques.
  • Ensure a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for patients and their families. What We're Looking For:
    • A valid RN license in the state of Washington (or eligibility for licensure).
    • Current BLS certification.
    • A complete vaccination record.
    • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and documentation skills.
    • The ability to work independently in a home health setting.
    • Experience in pediatric or home health care is a plus, but not required.
      Physical Requirements
      --- Must be able to travel
      --- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
      --- Prolonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting
      --- Must be able to sit and climb stairs
      --- Must have visual and hearing acuity
      --- Must be able to sufficiently reposition patients and move equipment without assistance
