As a part of Optum, the largest network of medical groups in the country, The Everett Clinic is seeking a full-time Orthopedic - Total Joint Surgeon to join our team in Everett, Washington! At Optum, we are transforming healthcare nationally while providing physician-led care locally. Work with the largest care delivery organization in the world and start doing your life's best work. This Orthopedist will be joining a tenured, and well-respected team of 10 Orthopedic Surgeons and 6 Physician Assistants. You will be the second Total Joint Surgeon in the group and can anticipate a 400+ joint a year practice once fully ramped up. Position Highlights:

• 4-Day Work Week
• Group consists of 10 Orthopedic Surgeons
  • 2 Sports, 1 Total Joint, 1 Foot & Ankle, 2 Upper Extremity, 2 Hand, and 2 Generalists
  • Walk into a robust Total Joint practice
  • Operate out of an ASC with Total Joint Certification of Excellence
  • Minimal Call - 3-4 Calls per month
  • Largest Primary Care base in the region
  • PAs to assist with pre-ops, post-ops, and more
  • Dedicated MA and an experienced team of RNs for support
  • EPIC EMR

        • Unrestricted WA state license or the ability to obtain
        • Current DEA certificate required prior to start date
        • BC/BE SPECIALTY
        • Current BLS, ACLS certification prior to start date
        • EMR Proficient - EPIC preferred

Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
