Description
The Patient Safety Consultant is responsible for the implementation
of the internal Patient Safety program of improved quality outcomes
and improved control of loss prevention according to the guidelines
of federal, state and regional legal requirements. Promotes and
maintains cooperative relationships with Hospital Administrative
personnel relative to incident reports pertinent and potential
liability claims. Works in conjunction with legal counsel to
investigate potential lawsuits, obtain requested information, and
participate as needed in litigation proceedings.

may be available for this role, such as shift differentials,
standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or

Mother Joseph and four other Sisters of Providence arrived in
