Healthcare System, one of the largest employers in the Wenatchee Valley, is seeking qualified BE/BC General Gastroenterologists to join its team.
Newly hired GI physicians would join a team of 9 GI physicians and 6 GI APP's (5 General GI, 2 Therapeutic GI & 1 Hepatologist) who make up a very collegial and intellectually curious group, and who genuinely like each other. We are considering candidates interested in general GI and with a special interest in hepatology, inflammatory bowel disease or motility. Physician owned and led organization, new physicians have the opportunity to become partners after 1 year of employment.

• 
  
• Five-day work week but will consider a 4-day compressed schedule
  
• 1:8 call schedule
  
• Physicians cover only one hospital, and work with a very strong hospitalist program (no admissions)
  
• 70% procedures and 30% clinic visits
  
• GI team rotates to the Confluence Health outlying clinics including Omak and Moses Lake.
  
• J1 candidates will be considered
  
  We are an integrated, regional healthcare delivery system with 2 hospitals, multi-specialty care in 40+ service lines and primary care with rural outreach to ten communities across North Central WA state. Over 270 well trained physicians and 150 advanced practice clinicians provide the highest quality comprehensive care in a service area of approximately 12,000 square miles.
