Job Description:
Operating Room RN. Evening/Night No call. 3years OR experience,
Ortho, Ophthalmology and Epic experience preferred. Three 12- hour
shifts per weekEffective 10/18/2021 COVID-19 Vaccine is mandated as
a condition of employment. Additional 19 Vaccines are required.
Candidate is not considered COVID vaccinated or work eligible until
14 days from the last shot. Exemptions will NOT be accepted. PLEASE
NOTE THAT CONFLUENCE HEALTH PARTICIPATES IN THE MEDEFIS CREDENTIAL
SERVICE. PLEASE SUBMIT ALL CREDENTIALS THROUGH THE MEDEFIS PORTAL.
THEY ALSO PARTICIPATE IN THE MEDEFIS INVOICING SERVICE OF WHICH
KRONOS REPORTS ARE UPLOADED BIWEEKLY. TRAVELERS ARE NOT TO USE
