A prestigious non-profit short-term acute care medical center seeks a RN Manager Case Management to join their administration team in beautiful, vibrant Northwest Washington.
Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer, the RN Manager Case Management will oversee both Case Management Registered Nurses and Social Workers. Currently, the nursing and social work teams operate separately and the RN Manager Case Management will work to unite them into one cohesive unit. The RN Manager Case Management will collaborate with the executive team, departmental leadership, and clinical staff.
The Nurse Manager Case Management will collaborate with the CNO on department strategy and vision. The Nurse Manager Case Management UR will supervise and mentor staff, foster a collaborative atmosphere, encourage individual professional growth and ensure compliance with hospital standards. The Case Management team is experienced and dedicated and is looking for a leader who will offer guidance, support and positivity.
A designated Trauma Center, this well-respected hospital was recently renovated and provides a wide range of services including Cath Lab, Oncology, Ortho/Neuro, and an award-winning Labor and Delivery Unit.
