With a flexible schedule and room to grow, this role lets you do what you love-while making a difference that truly matters.Job SummaryAs a resgistered nurse, Resident Care Manager at one of our Alliance Nursing Adult Family Homes, you'll lead a small, close-knit care team to ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate, and clinically sound care. In this role, you'll fulfill the legal responsibilities of the Resident Manager while providing day-to-day leadership and oversight of care operations. You'll serve as a trusted resource and mentor for your staff and play a key role in maintaining compliance, continuity, and excellence.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a confident, adaptable RN/Registered Nurse with strong leadership and clinical judgment.
