the autonomy to guide a small, tight-knit team, collaborate closely

matters.Job SummaryAs a resgistered nurse, Resident Care Manager at
one of our Alliance Nursing Adult Family Homes, you'll lead a
small, close-knit care team to ensure residents receive
high-quality, compassionate, and clinically sound care. In this
role, you'll fulfill the legal responsibilities of the Resident
Manager while providing day-to-day leadership and oversight of care
operations. You'll serve as a trusted resource and mentor for your
staff and play a key role in maintaining compliance, continuity,
and excellence.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a confident,
adaptable RN/Registered Nurse with strong leadership and clinical
judgment. You should be comfortable training others on regulatory
compliance, proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation
systems, and skilled in leading under pressure with a
problem-solving mindset.QualificationsRequired:Active, unrestricted
Washington State RN licenseCurrent CPR certification (Health Care
Provider or Professional Rescuer)At least 2 years of clinical RN
experienceMinimum 1 year of trach and ventilator
experiencePreferred:Experience in adult family homesFamiliarity
