    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • 10 years of experience in program management.
    • 10 years of supply chain management experience in data centers, commercial construction, or related industry.
    • 7 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports.Preferred qualifications
      • Master's degree in Engineering or MBA.
      • Understanding and experience working in complex end-to-end (plan/NPI/source/make/deliver/PLM) supply chains.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.         • Assess technical and operational capabilities of global suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, SLA attainment, and high quality. Oversee execution against the demand and supply planning processes to meet Google Data Center (GDC) growth.
        • Lead a team of Technical and Non-Technical Program Managers and Manufacturing Engineers. Manage a cross-functional team to shape and execute supply chain strategies.
        • Develop supply chain strategies aligned to capacity, cost, quality, delivery, and technology to support global and regional GDC growth plans and goals.
        • Partner with internal GDC Product and Engineering teams.
        • Influence supplier/partner executives to invest in capacity and capability expansion to meet forecasted growth. Maintain a high level of industry expertise and insights into supplier/market conditions.
        • Establish key metrics and lead supplier performance and relationship reviews with supplier executives and key internal partners.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
