FBO General Manager - Aviation Services
Pangborn Memorial Airport
East Wenatchee, Washington
Reports to:
Director of Airports
Position Summary:
A working manager that applies strong leadership principals to all
aspects of aviation services by providing superior customer service
for all based, arriving, and departing aircraft. The position will
perform all required FBO functions, including general supervision
and coordination of all aircraft services to based and transient
customers. The position will ensure that all Line Service
Technicians are properly trained and responding to customer needs
in accordance with assigned duties and tasks. The position will
also have primary responsibility for ensuring all transient
aircraft, passengers, and crew members are met with timely,
professional service and fuel is provided in a safe and efficient
manner. The position will have primary responsibility ensuring
based aircraft are properly handled and to make sure aircraft,
equipment, and facility damage does not occur. To apply, please

General Aviation and FBO/MRO Operations Manager

--- Veteran of general aviation industry with extensive experience
in all facets of the industry, including fixed base operations
(FBO), maintenance facilities (MRO), charter operations, air cargo,
and aircraft sales.
--- Particular emphasis in all aspects of the FBO and MRO
operations, including business development and marketing.
--- Extensive experience managing and overseeing multiple
operations in diverse geographical locations.
--- Knowledge of national market priority client relationships.
--- Also interested in acquisition of viable FBOs.
