Job Description Operational ManagementIT Audits in support of regulatory compliance requirementsServe as an operational, risk, and security liaison for IT initiativesResponsible for aligning with the business partner to understand legal and regulatory requirements, business objectives, and organizational constraintsCommunicate cybersecurity risk to stakeholders and business partnersManage third party risk relationships for ERP platforms and onboarding of new systems into RWW platformPerform cybersecurity risk assessments for both internal and external customersProvide program leadership for cross-functional ERP or IT initiativesServe as an escalation point for ERP or other IT risk issuesIdentify opportunities to improve operational, business, technology and risk processesInterface frequently with stakeholders across the enterprise including business lines, risk, information security, technology, and senior leaders Strategy & Planning Serve as a leader to govern and guide security processes and proceduresEnsure that all staff are aware of cyber threats and how to address themConduct quarterly audits and test of security systems to ensure they are running properlyDevelop cybersecurity training and testing to end-users Background & Qualifications Formal Education & CertificationCollege diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information technology, or related field and/or 5 - 7 years equivalent work experienceAt least 5 years of prior experience working with Cybersecurity & Network Security and ArchitectureMust have 3 years' experience as a Security Lead / ManagerPossess or ability to obtain Security+, CEH, CISSP, or CISM certifications Knowledge & ExperienceExceptional knowledge of security systemsProven successful Project management experience and/or PMP CertificationFamiliarity with machine learning, data mining, working with large data sets is a plusDeep-seated experience with desktop and server operating systemsWorking knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities CertificationsPrefer the following certifications - CISSP, OSCP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, CISA, IAM, CCSP, ISO, PMI Personal AttributesExceptional written and oral communication skillsExceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skillsStrong documentation skillsAbility to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as requiredAbility to absorb and retain information quicklyKeen attention to detail and accuracy skillsProven analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentAbility to recognize threats and respond quicklyAbility to teach others how to recognize cyber threats The RANDYS Worldwide total rewards program includes, but is not limited to medical, dental, vision, 401K with generous match, life and disability insurance as well as time off programs of Holiday, Vacation and PTO time.
