is seeking First-Line Product & Service Quality Managers (Level K)
to join our Electrical Systems Responsibility Center in Everett,
WA.Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC) is seeking
candidates that have extensive electrical knowledge of the
airplane. The ideal candidate would have a degree and have managed
employees in either Engineering or Quality, have line Quality
experience and be a SME with QMS knowledge.Position
Responsibilities
- Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products,
services and processes comply with customer contract requirements,
engineering requirements, company procedures and government
regulations.
- Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures
and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve
performance.
- Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.
- May make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company
and regulatory agencies. Acquires and manages resources and leads
process improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with
customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct
reports.
- Manages, develops and motivates employees.
- Quality management position can be shift variable and is
onsite.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected
candidate will be required to work onsite.The position must meet
Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as
defined by 22 C.F.R. - 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US
Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic
Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
- 3+ years of experience leading and influencing cross-functional
teams in quality or manufacturing. (This includes managing team
assignments, tracking status and developing a team's talent.)
- 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or
experience in a regulated industry
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Management System (QMS)
- Able to work any shift based on the needs of the
operation.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Experience in quality leadership
- Experience working with the Boeing Problem Solving Model
- Experience working in Delivery Centers, Final Assembly
Production, and/or Fabrication divisionShift Work Statement This
