Job Description:

Operational Management

IT Audits in support of regulatory compliance requirements

Serve as an operational, risk, and security liaison for IT initiatives

Responsible for aligning with the business partner to understand legal and regulatory requirements, business objectives, and organizational constraints

Communicate cybersecurity risk to stakeholders and business partners

Manage third party risk relationships for ERP platforms and onboarding of new systems into RWW platform

Perform cybersecurity risk assessments for both internal and external customers

Provide program leadership for cross-functional ERP or IT initiatives

Serve as an escalation point for ERP or other IT risk issues

Identify opportunities to improve operational, business, technology and risk processes

Interface frequently with stakeholders across the enterprise including business lines, risk, information security, technology, and senior leaders

Strategy & Planning

Serve as a leader to govern and guide security processes and procedures

Ensure that all staff are aware of cyber threats and how to address them

Conduct quarterly audits and test of security systems to ensure they are running properly

Develop cybersecurity training and testing to end-users

Background & Qualifications

Formal Education & Certification

College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information technology, or related field and/or 5 - 7 years equivalent work experience

At least 5 years of prior experience working with Cybersecurity & Network Security and Architecture

Must have 3 years' experience as a Security Lead / Manager

Possess or ability to obtain Security+, CEH, CISSP, or CISM certifications

Knowledge & Experience

Exceptional knowledge of security systems

Proven successful Project management experience and/or PMP Certification

Familiarity with machine learning, data mining, working with large data sets is a plus

Deep-seated experience with desktop and server operating systems

Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities

Certifications

Prefer the following certifications - CISSP, OSCP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, CISA, IAM, CCSP, ISO, PMI
