Job Description:
Northwest Kidney Centers seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager to join
the Hospital Services team in a full-time, day shift. You may be
eligible for a $10,000 sign on bonus! Purpose The Hospital Services
Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible to the Northwest Kidney
Centers Hospital Services Clinical Director for daily clinical
operations of Hospital Services for their assigned region;
including scheduling, supervision and evaluation of Hospital
Services staff nurses, dialysis techs, and treatment schedulers;
responsibility for relationships with client hospital
representatives, hospital staff nurses, and nephrologists or other
physicians. This position works collaboratively with the Operations
Manager and Clinical Educator to assure the availability of
equipment, supplies, and trained staff. This position may perform
designated duties of the Clinical Director, peer Clinical Nurse
Manager, or Operational Manager in their absence. Shift: Full-Time,
Mon-Fri, () 40 hours/wk Required qualifications Current Registered
Nurse in the State of Washington At least three years of previous
nursing supervisory experience Previous dialysis experience
Certification in Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers Valid
Washington State drivers license and car insurance Preferred
qualifications One year of previous nursing experience Prior

Transit Subsidy Paid Time Off will accrue for personal time and 8
Holidays. PTO will accrue bi-weekly and will be pro-rated based on
the number of regularly scheduled hours (FTE). The accrual rate
will be 8.93 hours each bi-weekly pay period for managers and
