As a core member of this group you will work in a small entrepreneurial team of engineers and product leaders to deliver new software products to users and iterate fast while leveraging the scale of a multinational enterprise. You will be given deep industry access and the freedom to envision and deliver solutions to big problems for our customers-the people who keep the world up and running. Along the way, you will have just enough resources to get the job done and a platform to showcase your accomplishments with leadership. Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of this position is to lead the efforts to discover a repeatable and scalable go to market strategy for an early stage B2B SaaS product. In pursuit of this, you are expected to:

  • Conduct primary market research to create focus and depth around understanding of the target customer
  • Design and execute experiments to learn how customers want to buy. Create and execute an iterative channel strategy.
  • Assist Define and execute the brand message of the product and its positioning in the market
  • Determine optimal pricing and business model to maximize revenue
  • Drive learning, tactical changes, and execution through weekly growth metrics management.
  • Deliver requirements to engineering for product features that support growth goals
  • Maintain collaboration with the Product Owner to influence product roadmap.
  • Serve as the champion of customer insights to guide growth and adoption.
  • Execute strategic marketing & sales communications aligned with mission and goals of the product.
  • Engage with sales, channel, partners, and customers, via webcasts, direct meetings, marketing communications, and industry events
  • Report on growth strategy development process and achievements to executive leadership
    • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology --or equivalent experience
    • 4+ years of experience in product marketing or equivalent
    • Thrives in a fast-paced organization where feedback cycles are measured in hours rather than weeks
    • Good teamwork and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively across organizations
    • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and execution skills
    • Understanding of cloud SaaS products
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position cloud offerings to prospective buyers
    • Has a "get it done" attitude and radiates team spirit
