develop and operate mechanisms/systems that improve the
effectiveness and efficiency of GCP’s product life-cycle. As the

architect of transformation for GCP Product Engineering. Your
mission is to accelerate engineering velocity and productivity by
helping GCP adopt and implement new planning and development
systems. You won't just deploy processes and tools, you will
partner with senior engineering leadership to overhaul how we plan,
build, and ship. You will bridge the gap between "System Design"
and "Team Reality," crafting bespoke change strategies that respect

delivering data-driven insights on adoption risks and
organizational readiness. Build a multi-channel communication
engine that translates technical migrations into clear,
value-driven narratives for developers and engineering leaders.
Implement mechanisms (surveys, focus groups, telemetry) to measure
sentiment and adoption, pivoting strategies based on real-time
engineering feedback.
