Procurement Agent - Boeing Business Jets Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Agent (Level 3 or 4) to join our Boeing Business Jet (BBJ) Supply Chain team in Seattle, WA. As a BBJ Procurement Agent you will be working with suppliers that provide BBJ-specific products across the BCA portfolio. Primary duties include managing internal and external relationships with suppliers and internal partners, negotiating cost, terms & conditions, and adherence to financial goals and objectives. You may also be responsible for supporting sales & marketing campaigns, customer entitlements, and supplier rate readiness reviews. Position Responsibilities: Integrates program, customer, product and aftermarket strategies into source selection, negotiation, and contracting strategies. Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions. Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements. Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management. Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance. Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3 years of experience in Supplier Management or Supply Chain Management 3 years developing and managing supplier relationships 3 years of experience drafting, negotiating, and executing complex contracts and subcontracts 3 years of experience monitoring and managing supplier performance and cost 3 years of experience conducting data analysis in Excel, creating executive briefings in Powerpoint and delivering Presentations to Executive leadership teams Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed 25%.
