your future with us. Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA),
Environmental Control Systems team is seeking a Lead Electrical
Systems Design & Analysis Engineer to join their team in Everett,
WA. As a member of the Electrical Engineering team, you will assist
in analyzing, designing, and integrating electronic and electrical
systems across all Environmental Control Systems of our commercial
airplane fleet. Position Overview: Projects involve analyzing and
translating requirements into system architecture, hardware,
software and interface specifications. Work with a worldwide
customer and supply base to develop system components and validate
designs through both laboratory and airplane testing. Review
documentation and generate artifacts to demonstrate compliance with
relevant regulatory and customer requirements, related to circuit
design, power generation, distribution functions, electromagnetic
effects, and bonding and grounding. Work on airplane systems
throughout the entire product lifecycle from initial concept
through certification, delivery, and postproduction services. We
are continually evolving the state of the art in commercial air
transport. Primary Responsibilities: - Tests and validates to
ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements.
- Performs electrical design and analysis for electrical equipment
and airplane systems wiring. - Solves problems concerning circuit
design and performs analysis to provide support of fielded hardware
over the entire product lifecycle. - Provide Tech Check and support
for all team deliverables (FS, WD review, Mapper, ELI, Coordination
sheets, SFT, AMMs, ECCDs, SDDs, SSAs, FMEAs, FHAs, FTAs, SDTs,
Qualification docs, Telex, Customer Supports, EFIX, COSPs, SRPs,
SRBs, SAM presentations). - Review and present technical design
changes to various review boards. - Maintain and enhance
relationships with ECS systems, Wire Design, Wire Installation,
EME, Cabin Systems, Functional Test focal. - Maintain and enhance
relationships with certification focal, DAEs, E-Ums. - Define,
manage and control MEAC, scope, budget, and resources – communicate
budget risks and seek required budget. - Ensure SME/E-UM/ATF/TF
involvement in appropriate engineering, industry and regulatory
issues/decisions - Thorough check of all data produced by the group
for completeness, compliance and accuracy - Ability to perform
engineering work; this position is for a working lead engineer. -
Knowledge of developing, validating, and verifying requirements
(DR&O, SR&O, SCD, etc.) - Analyzes and translates
requirements into system, hardware and software designs and
interface specifications. Work Authorization: This position is
expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required
to work onsite at the Everett, Washington location. Basic
Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience): - Bachelor of Science
degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or
Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics,
Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly
related to the work statement. - 5 years of experience in an
engineering discipline. Preferred Qualifications (Desired
Skills/Experience): - Experience with hardware and software design.
- Experience with model-based development tools. - Experience
working with cross functional teams. - Demonstrated project
management skills. - Knowledge of FAA / EASA certification. -
Experience with ARP4754 Product Development. - Experience with
ARP4761 Safety Assessment. - Experience with Agile methodology. -
Experience on supplier qualification (DO-160). Conflict of

considerations. Summary Pay Range: - Level 3: $119,850 - $162,150 -
