exciting opportunity for a Quality Engineer (Entry Level or
Associate) KC-46 to join the Quality Assurance group located in
Everett, WA! Join the KC?46 Quality team and play a
mission?critical role ensuring the safety, reliability, and global
readiness of the Air Force’s next?generation refueling tanker.

aircrew safety, fleet performance, and on?time delivery. Lead
quality innovation—driving root?cause fixes, supplier excellence,
drawing reviews, APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), process
surveillances, and MECR (Manufacturing Engineering Change Request)
approvals—to implement world?class quality systems and continuous
improvement across the KC?46 lifecycle. If you thrive on rigor,

position requires a Bachelor's degree in one of the following
relevant fields of study: - Engineering - Computer Science -
Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology) -
Mathematics - Physics - Chemistry Position Responsibilities: Level
1 - Integrates contractual and Boeing Quality Management System
requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes
and documentation. - Develops quality metrics, design and
production certification plans to ensure compliance with
contractual, Company and regulatory requirements. - Conducts
capability assessments and process validations to support supplier
selection activities. - Participates in various reviews to ensure
quality attributes are incorporated into product designs. Performs
analysis and process audits to ensure manufacturing and test
readiness. - Provides material review dispositions for
non-conformances. Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate
effectiveness of corrective actions. - Performs benchmarking and
other forms of analysis to ensure specified processes capability
levels are achieved. Level 2 - Researches contractual and Boeing
Quality Management System requirements for applicability to
specific proposals and program processes and documentation. -
Develops sections of quality metrics, design and production
certification plans to ensure compliance with contractual, Company
and regulatory requirements. - Analyzes capability assessments to
support supplier selection activities. - Participates in various
reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product
designs. - Performs data analysis to ensure manufacturing and test
readiness. - Provides material review dispositions for
non-conformances. - Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate
effectiveness of corrective actions. - Compiles performance reports
and other statistical data to ensure specified processes capability
levels are achieved. - Works under general supervision. This
position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will
be required to work onsite at the listed location. This position
requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which
the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An Interim and/or
final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required. Basic
Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - Bachelor's degree or
higher in relevant field - 1 years of automation testing experience
- 1 years of experience working with quality systems (e.g. Boeing
Quality Management System (BQMS), International Organization for
Standardization (ISO 9001), Aerospace Standard (AS9100) Preferred
Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): - 3 years of experience
in defining, developing, implementing, or improving production
processes - 3 years of experience in data analysis and Root Cause
Corrective Action (RCCA) - 3 years of experience in quality
inspection and/or auditing - 3 years of experience with drawing,
reading and interpreting Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
(GD&T) Travel: This position may require travel up to 10% of

$73,100- $98,900 Level 2 (Associate) USD: $85,850- $116,150
