Job Description Job Description CNC Machinist – $1,500 Sign?On Bonus We’re seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC milling equipment while producing high?precision components. Available Shifts & Pay 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM — $27.78/hr 2nd Shift: 1:15 PM – 9:45 PM — $28.78/hr Position Overview As a CNC Mill Machinist, you will be responsible for running multi?axis CNC mills, machining steel components, and verifying accuracy using precision measurement tools. You’ll work independently on setups, program edits, and process adjustments to maintain top?tier part quality. Key Responsibilities Perform setups and operate multi?axis CNC milling machines. Machine various steel components with consistent precision. Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to execute jobs correctly. Adjust and edit CNC programs, monitor tooling wear, and maintain tool life. Apply comprehensive knowledge of tooling, feeds, speeds, and cutting parameters. Plan and sequence machining steps to maximize efficiency. Conduct part inspections using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and similar tools. Required Experience 4–10 years working with CNC mills and multi?axis equipment. Strong background machining different steel grades. Confident reading and understanding technical blueprints. Experience with Mazak, Okuma, and DMG machinery. Preferred Skills Solid hands-on experience performing CNC mill setups. Ability to adjust offsets, change tooling, and troubleshoot machining issues. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $57782.40 - $59862.40/yr. • Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits will be available on day 1 when converted • 100% match up to 5% contribution of 401K • Quarterly RONA Profit Sharing Bonus (target of minimum 5%) paid quarterly after the first 6 months. • PTO starting at 88 hours per year, and paid holidays • Overtime is available!
