offer opportunities for a Confined Space Monitor B to join our
Materials Management & Tooling team in Everett Washington. In this
role, you will be expected to work in all weather conditions and
have the ability to ride a tricycle to meet response requirements
when responding to alarms. You will operate and maintain confined
space monitoring systems, perform routine equipment checks, and
respond promptly to alarms by investigating confined spaces and
coordinating emergency responses. The position requires addressing
and removing noncompliant team members while working effectively in
a high-stress environment and managing multiple tasks
simultaneously. Strong communication skills are essential as you
will assist customers, maintain radio contact with team members,
conduct regular safety audits, and document compliance issues to
ensure operational safety and regulatory adherence. You will play a

excellence in aviation. Position Responsibilities: - Report to the
assigned CSCHA station or as directed by lead or supervisor,
ensuring readiness to perform all duties. - Operate, monitor, and
maintain CSCHA equipment, including computers, radio monitoring
devices, air sampling instruments, tablets, control systems,
toolboxes, monitored stations, and satellite locations. - Conduct
routine system checks to verify proper operation of alarms,
printers, and other equipment; log into systems as required. -
Troubleshoot equipment issues and submit GSEP maintenance tickets
for system or hardware repairs as needed. - Manage radio equipment
by performing minor maintenance, issuing devices and confined space
flags, ensuring radios function properly through self-check cycles,
and resolving radio operation problems promptly. - Assist customers
with logging into the CSCHA system using barcode scanners and
computer interfaces, and support completion of confined space radio
checkout logs. - Monitor, respond to, investigate, and document all
system alarms promptly, ensuring compliance with Business Process
Guides and facilitating corrective actions as needed. - Maintain
radio communication with other CSCHA monitors or backup personnel
when away from the station, such as during audits or alarm
responses. - Conduct visual factory audits approximately every two
hours to verify compliance with confined space safety procedures,
including verifying personnel presence, access permits, flags, and
unauthorized entry. - Document and address any non-compliance
issues related to confined space entry permits and procedures using
Enablon or other reporting tools. - Ensure proper use and
availability of confined space entry permits and logs for both
radio and non-radio entries, confirming the presence of outside
attendants at designated entry points. - Perform pre-entry and
periodic air sampling tests to detect hazardous atmospheric
conditions in permitted confined spaces, including bump testing and
calibration of equipment. - Operate the confined space monitoring
system for assigned areas, ensuring proper grounding, ventilation,
and adherence to entry permit procedures. - Execute radio dispatch
operations, including handling Aircraft Confined Space (ACS)
alarms, customer support, and emergency alarms such as those from
the Boeing Fire Department. - Initiate evacuation alert warnings
during emergencies (e.g., earthquakes, fires) in accordance with
Business Process Guides. - Conduct manual searches for radios or
personnel if radios are not logged off or returned as required. -
Maintain all required personal certifications, such as CSCHA
monitor and respirator qualifications. - Maintain clear and
effective communication with team members, supervisors, emergency
authorities, and customers to coordinate operations and emergency
responses. - Prepare comprehensive reports on compliance, alarm
investigations, and maintenance activities for management review. -
Familiarize employees, customers, and vendors with system
operations, safety requirements, and confined space monitoring
procedures. - Utilize documents, maps, diagrams, bulletins, and
manuals to plan and communicate appropriate confined space
requirements. Physical Demands and Potential Hazards: - Perform
physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs
to 15-35 lbs. - Engage in various movements such as reaching,
handling, turning, twisting, lifting, lowering, climbing,
balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and squatting. - Work in
environments that may involve contact with metals, solvents, and
coolants. - Operate in proximity to moving parts and tools, sharp
cutters, and potential slipping hazards. - Adapt to varying noise
levels and atmospheric conditions. - Utilize personal safety gear
to protect face/eyes, hands/arms, and feet while performing job
duties. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected
candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed
location options. This position must meet Export Control compliance
requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §
120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful

Boeing will not be considered. Basic Qualifications: - 2 years of
experience working in a dispatch center and/or related experience.
- 2 years of experience utilizing computers and learning new
computer systems. - 2 years of experience working in a
high-pressure environment to meet critical deadlines Preferred
Qualifications: - Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, platforms,
scaffolding for long periods of time. - Proficiency in reading,
writing, and speaking English. - Ability to sit for 2 - 4 hours and
perform computer-based tasks such as typing, using a mouse, and
maintaining head and neck movement while sitting. Conflict of

Pay: $22.32/hour, with potential to earn up to $46.11/hour in
