your future with us. Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking a
Flight Engineering Manager (Level K) to support our Flight Sciences
Loads and Dynamics team in based in Everett, Washington. The Loads
and Dynamics team plays a critical role throughout the entire
aircraft lifecycle, from initial concept development to the
retirement of the final aircraft in our customers’ fleets. As a
manager, you will lead complex technical initiatives across
multiple programs, demonstrating a strong commitment to technical
excellence while fostering the growth and development of Loads and
Dynamics Engineers within the team. You will possess strong
communication skills and the ability to provide proactive
leadership in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment to drive
technical excellence. You will excel at translating diverse
perspectives within a team setting to develop effective strategies,
make informed decisions, and implement innovative business models
and process improvements. As a status quo agitator, you will build
a deep understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of existing
operating models, tools, and processes, collaborating with others
to define and pursue a vision for continuous improvement and what
better could or should look like. Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities
in the areas of Flight Engineering, External Loads and Dynamics.
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements
policies and procedures and sets operational goals. Acquires
resources for projects and processes, provides technical management
of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains
relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers,
partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of
technical approaches, products and processes. Develops both the
individuals and the team through multiple engagement mechanisms.
Supports the advancement of Loads and Dynamics discipline core
competencies and technical excellence Manages, develops and
motivates employees. Facilitates and promotes collaboration and
sharing of knowledge, best practices, and experience. Basic
Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor of Science
degree from an accredited course of study in Engineering. 1 years
of experience in leading or managing an engineering team. 5 years
of experience within flight engineering fields. Preferred
Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or
higher in Aeronautical, Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering. 3
years of experience leading or managing an engineering team in
flight engineering fields. Experience working with regulatory
agencies. Experience in aerospace engineering design concepts
process and techniques. 5 years of experience in airplane level
dynamics, aeroelasticity, or aeroservoelasticity analyses. Drug

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well
as market and business considerations. Summary Pay Range: $153,000
