Job Description Job Description Build World-Class Aluminum Vessels With Us Step into Munson Boats’ state-of-the-art facility—complete with radiant floor heat—and spend your day outfitting welded aluminum boats bound for clients around the globe. From fire/rescue craft and research vessels to high-speed patrol boats and USCG-certified passenger boats, you’ll help transform bare hulls into mission-ready machines. Your Day-to-Day You’ll join a tight-knit crew of 3–4 specialists and carry a project from outfitting through final completion, working exclusively with brand-new components: Install and integrate mechanical, electrical, navigation, communication, propulsion, and plumbing systems Work hands-on with diesel and gasoline engines, pumps, hydraulics, generators, HVAC, and fuel systems Assemble and install steering and control systems, plus premium marine hardware Interpret installation instructions, schematics, blueprints, and system diagrams Validate safety, performance, and quality standards on every system Keep your bay clean, organized, and safe What Sets This Role Apart Munson Boats runs a structured, highly organized shop focused on precision and craftsmanship.
