for First-Line Manufacturing Managers (Level K) to support the 767
Wings team in Everett, Washington on 1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd shift. We

Responsibilities: - Manages employees performing activities in
multiple manufacturing disciplines - Develops and executes business
plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and
technical strategies - Acquires resources, provides technical
management of suppliers and leads process improvements - Develops
and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers,
stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports - Provides
oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and
processes - Manages, develops and motivates employees Basic
Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - 3 years of
experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment
- 3 years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal
leadership role - 3 years of experience applying continuous
improvement tools and techniques - 3 years of experience using
Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) -
Willing and able to work any shift (may be selected for 1st, 2nd,
or 3rd shift) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 1 years of experience managing Key Performance Indicators within
Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Manufacturing data - 1 years of
experience using Boeing Production System (BPS) - 1 years of
experience in aircraft structures manufacturing process (preferably
wings) - 1 years of experience with REDARS - Commitment to Go for

business considerations. Summary pay range: $112,900 - $137,500
