Farmers Equipment Company is a full-service agricultural, material handling and construction equipment dealer with locations in both Lynden and Burlington. We currently have an opening for a Material Handling Service Technician II (forklift mechanic) to work out of our Burlington Store serving customers at their locations throughout Whatcom County.Primary responsibilities:--- Service, repair and perform preventive maintenance on material handling equipment to OEM specifications at customer locations--- Represent FEC in a professional manner while serving internal and external customers--- Accurately detail repairs done on Work Orders--- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment, research parts and repairs needed to successfully resolve issues leading to a positive outcome--- Ability to meet Standard Repair Times for assigned work--- Meet company goal for Collectable Efficiency--- Assist lower-level technicians in completing diagnostics and repairs--- Dependability and good housekeeping skillsCompensation details: 30-34 Hourly WagePI8923dc3f2db5-37820-37551628
